We build strict incoming material inspection as the first quality barrier. All raw rubber materials, additives and reinforcing materials are sourced from certified suppliers. Each batch will undergo hardness testing, component analysis and aging resistance inspection before warehousing. Unqualified raw materials are strictly rejected to eliminate hidden quality risks from the source.

In-process real-time monitoring runs through core production procedures. From rubber compounding, precision molding, vulcanization to post-treatment, we set fixed process parameters and real-time data recording. Key indicators including dimensional tolerance, compression set, high and low temperature resistance, and oil resistance are tested periodically. All production data is traceable to avoid inconsistent batch quality.

Final finished product inspection follows automotive industry unified standards. We conduct 100% appearance inspection and sampling performance testing for all finished rubber parts. Meanwhile, we implement production part approval process (PPAP) and first article inspection (FAI) to fully match global automotive supply chain audit standards.
